铸件配料系统人机交互界面

摘    要:开发了一种应用于铸件配料的系统。整个系统包含三个子系统:铸铁配料子系统、铸钢配料子系统和铸造非铁合金配料子系统。每个子系统由四个模块组成:人机交互界面模块、数据库查询存储模块、铸件配料算法模块以及计算结果输出模块。铸件配料系统人机交互界面直观,操作方便、简单,并可以方便的对后台数据库提供的数据进行修正。

Abstract:The objective of this work was to develop a system of casting material proportion for material proportional process in the practical production. Three subsystems were contained in the system: cast iron material proportion subsystem, cast steel material proportion subsystem, east non-ferroalloy mate- rial proportion subsystem, and four modules were contained in every subsystem: human computer inter- action interface module, database querying and storing module, casting material proportion algorithm module and result output module. Casting batching system man-machine interface intuitive, easy to operate, simple, and can be easily provided on the back-end database data correction.
