新建本科院校开放实验教学的实现

伴随着高等教育在我国的不断发展，以及社会对高校毕业生在分析与解决实际问题方面要求的不断提高，高校实验室开放成为目前我国高校实验室改革和发展的大趋势。通过设立实验室开放专项基金、制定科学有效的激励政策、建立网络信息化管理平台等办法，建立科学合理完善的开放实验室管理体系及运行机制，推动了实验教学改革，优化实验教学体系，为学生提供一个良好的学习、实践与创新的平台，为教学改革的深化发展起到良好的推动作用。
