压裂、酸化实验教学实训平台的建设

摘    要:针对压裂、酸化工艺具有复杂性、规模宏大、高成本、高危险性的问题,研制了压裂、酸化实验教学实训平台.该平台主要由压裂车组和地面设备两大部分组成,可进行压裂、酸化现场施工工艺、酸化压裂车、混砂车、压裂故障的演示和实训操作等.利用该实验教学平台,使现场实习室内化,使学生亲身体会压裂、酸化的施工现场,又可以动手操作,培养动手能力,同时免除现场参观的不确定性.
