物理实验教学管理的创新与实践

摘    要:针对大学物理实验教学学生数量多、实验设备多、设备种类多、教学人时量大、教学场地分布广、教学文档繁杂、教师数量少、实验技术人员少、教学交互方式及教学管理模式单一的现状,提出了拓展系统要素、完善系统职能和创新系统交互的三大策略,制定了具体的方案,编制了实验教学管理系统软件和各种职能文件,并在2009级学员中组织了实施.
