| Abstract: | In this paper, determining benzene in the mix-liquid by the internal standard GC method has been developed. The principle of gas chromatography and the basis for the selection of operational conditions is introduced. Taking medical injector and micro injector as an example, standard manipulation and a variety of teaching methods are applied to improve teaching effect. |
