| Abstract: | A large number of talents in engineering and technology will be in great demand and be imported to the Binhai New Area where is under construction. The reformation of higher education calls for the cultivation of the creative talents on technological application, which plays an important role for Tianjin Polytechnic University, a science and engineering university. The construction of the education system with innovative environment is taken into account. |
