| 摘 要： | 通过分析当前高校国有资产管理现状,比较管理模式的优缺点,针对当前高校国有资产管理中存在的问题,以实现资产合理配置和资产效益最大化为目的构建了管理体制,提出了制度建设的内容,旨在为加强高校国有资产管理和提高资产效益做出有益的探索.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the current management of state-owned assets of universities and compares the advantages and disadvantages of management mode.Based on an analysis of problems in management of state-owned assets of university,the paper works out a management system to achieve rational allocation of assets and maximize efficiency.To strengthen the management of state-owned assets and improve assets management efficiency at university,the construction of the system is designed in the paper. |
