| Abstract: | The article elaborates the passive role of constructing large-scale instrument and equipment open sharing fund, then discusses the using process and management method of sharing fund, finally concludes the achieving result with respect to open sharing fund in order to improve large-scale instrument and equipment share mechanism and further boosts the development of the work of large-scale instrument and equipment sharing. |
