摘    要:针对材料学科知识领域宽广和实践教学的特点,以及社会对专业人才需求的现状,开展材料学科创新型精英人才培养模式改革研究十分必要。阐述了课程体系和实验平台建设的具体办法,简单介绍了材料实验中心实验教学设备和人员的构成情况,构建起了与培养精英人才这一目标相适应的本科人才培养体系的新框架,强调以学生实践能力与创新能力培养为导向,加强创新型实践环节的重要性。

Abstract:Due to the features of broad field and practice teaching in the knowledge area of material science , it's necessary to develop the research for the revolution of training mode for creative elites. This article points out the specific methods of curriculum system and experimental platform construc- tion. It briefly introduces the teaching equipments at the material research center, as well as the situa- tion of the staff composition. This article also constructs a new framework of undergraduate talent train- ing system for the aim of training creative elites. Meanwhile, it sticks to the practical and creative ability as a guide and stresses on the importance of the creative practice.
