高校大型仪器设备效益评价问题研究

随着国家对教育事业投资力度的不断加大,全国各高校所拥有的大型仪器设备越来越多。为更好地发挥其使用效益,必须要建立大型仪器设备的效益评价和考核体系,完善大型仪器设备效益评价的激励机制和运行机制;明确了对于高校大型仪器设备进行使用效益评价考核的重要意义,指出了当前高校在此工作上存在的主要问题,最后对如何更好地完成大型仪器设备使用效益评价工作的方法进行了探究。

Large instrument and equipment efficiency evaluation research

As government increasing the investment in education field, most universities have more and more large instruments and equipment. In order to better play its use efficiency and to make a greater contribution to the country＇s science and technology and education progress, there is a need to establish the evaluation and assessment system of large instrument and equipment, and to improve the incentive mechanism and operation mechanism of large instrument and equipment efficiency evaluation. This article has been clear about the important meaning of the use efficiency evaluation for the large in- strument and equipment in colleges and universities and points out the main problems of current work on this. In the end, this paper also explores the methods how to better complete the use efficiency evaluation of large instrument and equipment.
