| Abstract: | The author analyzes the effect of the physical education in university on developing the undergraduates' healthy psychological quality,and researches how to determine the guiding ideology of teaching,arrange teaching content and choose the training methods,so as to develope the undergraduates' quality of mental health in the course of the university physical education. |
