| 摘 要： | 对新形势下中国汽车维修行业进行了五力模型分析,并阐明了目前我国汽车维修企业发展的优势、劣势和发展机会。认为我国汽车维修企业多数价值链结构较简单,应在原有的汽车维修的基础上扩大经营活动范围,通过对业务的延伸提升企业的品牌价值,扩展利润增长点,提高企业综合竞争能力。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the vehicle maintenance enterprise in China by using five-force model under the new situation,expounds the developing trend,disadvantage and opportunity of the vehicle maintenance enterprise in China currently.It shows that most value chains of the vehicle maintenance enterprise in our country are more simple.We should extend the management scope on the original basis of the vehicle maintenance,promote the brand value of enterprise through extending management,expanding a point of profits growth,and raising the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise. |
