| 摘 要： | 目前，影响许多中国企业发展的因素主要是来自于技术、营销、管理、观念、战略和文化等方面的问题。鉴于企业的情况不同，从企业的共性出发，研究了中国企业发展过程中的影响因素，分析了影响因素的阶层性，并提出了诸多影响因素的解决方法。

| Abstract: | At present,many factors influencing development of Chinese enterprise mainly come from problems in such respects as technology,marketing,management,concept,stragegy and culture.Seeing that the situations of enterprises are different,proceeding from generality of enterprises,the influence factors in the evolution of Chinese enterprise have been studied,the stratum of the influence factors has been analysed and the solutions to a great deal of the influence factors have been proposed. |
