远程开放教育学习者英语学习风格研究

摘    要:本文对安徽电大远程开放教育学习者的英语学习风格进行了研究,结果表明:①远程开放教育学习者的英语学习风格是多元化的,学习风格的偏爱方式依次为:听觉型—团体型—体验型—动手型—视觉型—独立型。事实上,听觉型、团体型、体验型、动手型的平均数并无太大差距;②男女生在英语学习风格偏爱方式上并没有显著的性别差异。同时,该研究为开放教育英语教师针对学习者学习风格的个体差异制定相应的教学策略提供了一定的依据。

Abstract:The paper investigates English learning styles of learners in distance and open education, the results indicate that the Eng- lish learning styles of learners in distance and open education are various, the order of style preference is auditory learning--group learning--kinesthetic learning--tactile learning--visual learning--individual learning, in fact, there isn't much difference among the mean of auditory learning, group learning, kinesthetic learning and tactile learning. In addition, in terms of English learning styles, there is no significant difference between male and female students. Furthermore, this study suggests the teachers in distance and open education should make suitable teaching strategies based on individual differences of learners' English learning styles.
