就业视角下农林院校经济学类毕业生的思想政治教育——以福建农林大学经济学院2013届本科毕业生为例

就业过程中加强毕业生的思想政治教育,有利于提高毕业生的就业竞争力,有利于提升院校就业工作成效,有利于促进国家大政方针政策的实施。以福建农林大学经济学院2013届本科毕业生为例,通过问卷调查分析,我们总结了农林院校经济学类毕业生就业视角下存在的就业观念、职业规划、求职准备、求职心理和社会化程度等方面问题,并提出了就业观念的思想政治教育重点化、就业指导的思想政治教育阶段化、就业心理的思想政治教育针对化和就业实践的思想政治教育同步化的对策。

Ideological and Political Education of Graduates from Economics Major of Agriculture and Forestry Colleges under the Perspective of Employment --Taking the Graduates of 2013 Session from Economics College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an Example

Strengthening ideological and political education of graduates can be conducive to improving the graduates＇ employment competitiveness, promoting the employment effect of colleges and promoting the implementation of our country＇s general policy. Taking the graduates of 2013 session from Economies College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example, we summarize the employment problems about employment concept, career planning, job preparation, job-hunting psychology and the level of socializa- tion through questionnaire survey analysis, and put forward some countermeasures including the employment concept priority, the em- ployment guidance staging, the employment psychology pertinence and the employment practice synchronization of ideological and polit- ical education.
