| 摘 要： | 产学研合作创新是提升我国科技能力、促进经济转型升级的重要手段。从产学研合作三螺旋模型及美国、德国、日本三国的产学研合作经验出发,分析我国产学研合作面临的环境,并利用SWOT分析方法进行产学研合作战略规划。最后,在分析政府、大学及科研单位、企业等产学研合作主体情况的基础上,认为以企业为核心的产学研合作模式是实现我国产学研战略的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The combination and innovation of industry, university and research institutes is an important means to promote China＇ s capability of science and technology as well as transformation and upgrading of economy. Starting from Triple Helix Model of CIURI and the experiences from US, Germany and Japan in this field, this paper analyzes the environment that China＇ s CIURI faces and makes a strategic planning for CIURI by SWOT analysis. In addition, based on the analysis of three main bodies of CIURI, including the gov- ernment, university and research institutes and companies, it considers that the company-centered CIURI mode is of great importance to the realization of China＇ s CIURI strategy. |
