网络舆情危机及其应对机制研究

当前我国网络舆情影响力日趋增强,构建网络舆情危机的应对机制十分必要。网络舆情危机具有多元性、多变性、突发性、扩散性的特征,它会增加社会的不稳定因素,削弱政府公信力,影响政府决策,降低社会主流价值观的社会认同。要应对网络舆情危机,需要建立网络舆情危机监测预警机制,网络舆情互动机制、引导机制和网络舆情危机应对的协调联动机制。

Research on the Internet Public Opinion Crisis and the Response Mechanism

Due to the increase of impact of current China＇s network public opinion, it is necessary to build a response mechanism of network public opinion crisis. The characteristics of plurality, variability, abruptness and popularity of network public opinion crisis will increase instability in the society, weaken the credibility of the government, interfere government decision-making and reduce the identity of social mainstream values. To cope with the crisis, it is necessary to establish the monitoring and warning mechanism of network public opinion crisis, interactive mechanism of network public opinion, guiding mechanism and coordinated linkage mechanism of network public opinion crisis response.
