| 摘 要： | 近年来安徽每年吸引外商直接投资额不断增加。通过实证分析指出安徽在引资过程中存在产业结构比重不均、地区分布差异大等问题,并从软、硬环境两方面提出构建"引进来、走出去"的融入机制;利用产业集群吸引外资;改善跨国公司投资的产业结构;鼓励外商直接投资于农业等应对策略。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the amount of foreign direct investment（FDI） to Anhui Province has been continuously increasing.Based on empirical analysis,this paper points out some problems while attracting foreign investment,such as uneven proportion of industrial structure and large differences in regional distribution,and it presents the strategies of building the mechanism of ＂bringing in and going out＂ from both soft and hard environments;attracting foreign investment by industrial clusters;improving industrial structure of investment by transnational corporations;encouraging foreign direct investment in agriculture and so on. |
