光学非球面超精密磨床床身动态分析与优化

摘    要:采用CAD/CAE集成技术,在CATIA和ANSYS Workbench软件平台上建立了超精密磨床床身的CAD三维模型和有限元模型,对其结构进行了动态分析与优化,并得到了床身的最优结构,分析结果表明综合改进后的床身结构相比原床身结构的动态性能有了明显的改善,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:Adopting CAD/CAE integration technology, this paper establishes CAD three-dimensional model and finite element model of ultra-precision grinding machine bed on CATIA and ANSYS Workbench software platform. Through dynamic analysis and optimization on the structure, it gets the optimal structure. The result shows that the dynamic performance of the comprehensively improved bed structure has improved a lot compared to the original bed structure, meeting the requirement of the design.
