| 摘 要： | 从企业生命周期入手,分析了企业在各个生命周期与相应的沟通模式之间的联系,并进一步分析了中小企业成长过程中存在的沟通瓶颈,指出内部沟通模式的转变对中小企业成长的意义,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Beginning from the theory of organizational life cycles,the author analyzes the associations between communication patterns and organizational life cycles,and makes a further study on the obstacles in internal communications during the growth of medium and small-sized enterprises.The author points out the implications of change in communication patterns on the growth of medium and small-sized enterprises and comes up with the strategy for dealing with the internal communication issues. |
