| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济体制的变革和林业经营思想的转变,林业投融资制度经历了曲折的变迁过程。本文对这一过程进行考察,认为我国林业投融资制度变迁正在由强制型变迁向诱致型变迁嬗变,变迁的动力来源于各利益主体对自身利益最大化的追求。在多元利益主体的联合行动或者矛盾协调中,林业投融资制度变迁呈现出依附性、渐进式、滞后性等特征.
