| 摘 要： | 互联网的兴起推动了网络消费的飞速发展,但与此并存的是各种网络消费纠纷问题日益尖锐,网络消费者安全权、隐私权、知情权等权利保护立法不够健全或者缺少可操作性.本文以经济法的价值为视角,通过对社会本位、公平、安全等经济法价值的阐述,从更高的层面来分析对网络消费者权益的保护.
