道义论取向的师德建设应然与实然的背离

摘    要:我国多年来师德建设是以"道义论"为取向的。而"道义论"取向的师德规范与教师执行规范的现实状况之间则存在着背离倾向。包括:道义论取向的师德建设与教师实际伦理现状的背离;道义论取向的师德建设与教师生命价值感的背离;师德规范在实践中的"他律运行"状态使教师陷入现实困境等。只有师德规范建设走向民主化的道路,才是杜绝师德规范制定中主观化、单向化的最佳办法。

Abstract:China’s teachers’ moral standard is oriented on "deontology" for many years.However,there is a departure tendency between the deontology-oriented teachers’ moral standard and the reality of teachers’ implementation norms,including the departure between the deontology-oriented construction of teacher morality and teachers’ ethical status;the departure between the deontology-oriented construction of teacher morality and teachers’ life value;the situation of teachers’ moral standard in "heteronomy running" makes teachers fall into real difficulties.Only when teachers’ moral standard tends to democracy,is it the best approach of eliminating subjectivity and unilateralization in making teachers’ moral standard.
