| 摘 要： | 课程建设是推进高职教育可持续发展的关键。坚持“以能力为中心”，突出职业性、应用性、实践性、综合性，从课程定位与设计、教学内容与设计、课程考核与标准、教学效果与评价等方面，全面探索《服务礼仪》课程建设的思路、目标、评价等，提供了借鉴与经验。

| Abstract: | Course construction is the key to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education.This article,focusing on capability-oriented teaching concept and highlighting occupational,applied,practical,integrated construction,comprehensively explores thought,goal and evaluation of Service Etiquette curriculum from the positioning and design,teaching content and design,course assessment and standards as well as teaching effectiveness and evaluation,which provides some references for further study. |
