水热合成ZnSn03截角八面体及其对HCHO气体的敏感性能研究

摘    要:以醋酸锌为前驱物,采用水热方法在160℃水热条件下生成了具有规则几何外形的ZnSnO,多面体。利用XRD物相分析可知,该ZnSn03的物相属于AB03型钙钛矿结构。利用FESEM和TEM形貌观察可知,ZnSn03多面体具有截角八面体的几何特征,其径向尺寸为I-1.2μm,其平均直径约为500nm。以ZnSn03截角八面体为敏感材料,采用传统旁热式结构制成气敏元件,研究其对HCHO的敏感性能。结果表明,这种方法制备的纯ZnSnO,截角八面体微晶对甲醛具有良好的敏感特性。

Abstract:With zinc acetate as the precursor,the regular geometric shaped ZnSnO3 polyhedra has been created by a hydrothermal method under 160℃.Under the observation of the shape and appearance of XRD,the phase of ZnSnO3 belongs to ABO3 of perovskite structure.Under the observation of the shape and appearance of FESEM and TEM,ZnSnO3 polyhedra has the characteristics of truncated octahedra,with its diameter of 1~1.2 μm and average diameters of 500 nm.With ZnSnO3 truncated octahedra as sensitive materials,the traditional side-heated structure is adopted to make gas sensor and its sensitive function to HCHO is studied.The results reveal that the microcrystallines of these ZnSnO3 truncated octahedra exhibit sensitive function to formaldehyde.
