冷战初期美国对泰国的心理战策略初探

冷战开始之后，随着新中国的成立和朝鲜战争的爆发，东南亚地区在美国全球战略中的重要性凸显。为此，美国在1953年制定了一份专门针对东南亚国家的心理战略文件并在之后把实施的重点转移到泰国。即在PSBD-23号文件的指导下，美国实施了一系列心理战计划，并使美国泰最终成为坚定的盟友。

Preliminary Study on the Strategy of America’s Psychological Warfare on Thailand in the Early Cold War Years

After the beginning of Cold War,with the establishment of People’s Republic of China and the outbreak of Korean War,Southeast Asia occupied an important position in U.S.global strategy.For this reason,the United States drew up a special psychological strategy document directing at Southeast Asian countries in 1953 and turned the focus to Thailand later.Under the guidance of PSB D-23 document,the United States implemented a series of psychological warfare plans,which made the United States and Thailand eventually become partners.
