基于Archard磨损理论的螺旋伞齿轮精锻成形模具磨损分析

摘    要:基于Archard磨损理论,应用刚塑性有限元法对螺旋伞齿轮精锻成形过程中模具的磨损情况进行了模拟分析,主要分析了模具预热温度和精锻成形速度对模具磨损的影响。结果表明:在一定温度范围内,提高模具预热温度有利于提高模具的耐磨性;成形速度的增加会降低模具的耐磨性。

Abstract:Based on Archard Wear Theory,this paper makes a simulation analysis on the wear of die in the process of the forging of precision spiral bevel gears by rigid-plastic finite element method and mainly discusses the impacts of preheating temperature and precision forging speed on the die wear. The results show that the improvement of the die preheating temperature is helpful to improve the wear resistance of the die within a certain temperature range and the enhancement of forging speed will reduce the wear resistance of the die.
