基于分布式数据挖掘的隐私保护应用研究

摘    要:首先简单介绍了几种经典的数据挖掘领域的算法,考虑到这些算法的优缺点及其应用领域,本文采用关联规则挖掘算法。由于Apriori算法的各种变形可用于提高算法效率和可伸缩性,最后选择采用单维单层布尔型的关联规则的Apriori算法。本文对Apriori算法进行了扼要的介绍,并根据其算法的原理详细地设计了基于Web的分布式数据挖掘隐私保护方法。

Abstract:Several classical data mining algorithms are briefly introduced. Considering the advantages and disadvantages of these algo- rithms and their application field, an association rule mining algorithm is used in this paper. Due to the various deformation of Apriori algorithm can be used to improve the algorithm efficiency and scalability, Apriori algorithm of single-dimensional and single-level Bool- ean association rule is adopted. This paper makes a brief introduction on Apriori algorithm, and designs a Web-based distributed data mining privacy protection method according to the principles of the algorithm.
