| Abstract: | The university should bring the protection work of the intellectual property rights into each link of scientific research management. First, the protection of the intellectual property rights should start from selecting topic and setting up item, strengthen the intellectual property rights protection of scientific and technological achievement, strengthen protection of the intellectual property rights in the conversion process of scientific and technological achievement at the same time also strengthen protection of the intellectual property right in the personnel llowage. |
