| 摘 要： | 用不同基质对日本绣线菊插条进行处理,以河沙＋锯末（3：1）为扦插基质的日本绣线菊插条生根情况最好,生根率达到94.1%,平均每个插条上的生根数达到12.6条。在不同浓度生根粉处理中,浓度为2 000mg/kg时效果最好,插条的生根率和生根条数分别为96.5%和14.1条。

| Abstract: | In the treatment of Spiraea japonica cutting with different substrates,the rooting circumstance of Spiraea japonica is the best when river sand and sawdust（3：1） are used as cutting medium,the rooting percentage is 94.1% and the mean rooting number of every cutting is 12.6.In rooting powder treatment,the most appropriate concentration is 2000mg/kg,the rooting percentage and rooting number are respectively 96.5% and 14.1. |
