摘    要:利用有限元动态分析方法对立铣刀精铣SD8推土机后桥箱上φ860H7(0^+0.09)大孔、左右两侧φ560H7(0^+0.07)孔的加工精度作出定量的分析,利用ANSYS软件对刀具在切削加工中的变形进行谐响应的有限元分析,从而得出合理的切削用量。

Abstract:This article gives a quantifieational analysis of milling accuracy of φ860H7 (0^0.09) big hole and φ560H7 (0^0.07) holes of both sides in rear axle housing of end mill finish milling SD8 bulldozer by using finite dement method and we obtain the reasonable cutting specifications by the finite dement analysis of the harmony response of the cutting tool distortion in machining with ANSYS software.
