摘    要:随着中国民营物流企业的发展壮大,物流专业人才已成为民营物流企业经济实现新一轮增长的关键。然而,民营物流企业人力资源管理中依然存在观念落后、对人才培训重视不够、薪酬管理体系不完善等问题。本文在分析民营物流企业人力资源管理中存在的问题的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。
