摘    要:梳理了高校导师制在硕士生实践能力培养方面存在的问题和应采用的主要途径:明确教学转化意识,扎实有序地开展以激发学生对未知领域的探索兴趣为目标的教学形式;实行个性化的培养方案,帮助学生建立适合自身的实践能力培养目标体系;采用灵活多样的交流形式,固化和提升实践心得;以导师在科学研究中的"帮扶"形式,培养研究生的科研精神;以导师为引领、表率,在课题、项目的选择中培养学生的创新精神;参与导师主导的产学研活动,增强学生的社会实践能力和竞争力;制定健全、完善的研究生实践能力培养目标管理体系,科学培养学生。

Abstract:This paper combs the problems of tutorial system in training postgraduates' practice ability in universities and the main ways adopted: including clarifying sense of teaching transformation to firmly and orderly conduct classroom teaching to stimulate students'interest in exploring the unknown field; implementing personalized training program to help students establish the objectives system suitable for their own practical abilities; using flexible and various forms of communication to enhance the practical experience; training postgraduates' scientific research spirit by means of tutors' help ; cultivating postgraduates' innovative spirit in topics and projects with the guidance of tutors; participating in tutor-centered industry-university-research activities to enhance students" social practical and competitive ability; establishing comprehensive and perfected objective management system to train graduates scientifically.
