吸纳民营资本振兴吉林经济

作为东北老工业基地的吉林省,改革开放以来民营经济遍布各个领域,尤其是在党的十六大以后,民营经济保持了强劲的发展势头。然而振兴吉林经济只依靠国家财政返哺是不够的,因此要吸纳民营资本参与国有企业改造、重组以及投资等,加快振兴吉林经济的步伐。

Admit privately operated capital,promote Jilin economy

As the northeast old industry base of Jilin province,since the reform and open policy,the privately operated economy has proliferated each domain,especially after the 16th National People's Congress of the Chinese Communist Party,the privately operated economy has preserved the strong development tendency.However promoting the Jilin economy only depends upon the national finance support that is insufficient,therefore we must admit privately operated capital to participate in transformation,reorganization and investment of state-owned enterprise to speed up promoting Jilin economy step.
