| 摘 要： | 人民代表大会制度是我国的基本政治制度,我们要坚持和完善人民代表大会制度。完善的途径之一就是实行人大代表专职化,即从减少代表数量、选举中引入竞争机制、提高代表素质、加强为人大及代表服务的辅助机构的建设等几个方面着手实现人大代表专职化。
