不同收入家庭医疗服务需求的比较分析——基于全国2557个不同收入家庭的调查

＂病有所医＂是和谐社会建设的重要内容,近年来,我国正在探索医药卫生体制改革,建立健全覆盖城乡居民的基本医疗卫生制度,满足人民群众的医疗卫生服务需求。准确了解城乡居民的医疗服务需求,尤其是了解不同收入家庭医疗服务需求的差异,有利于为城乡居民提供有针对性的医疗服务。为此,我们对不同收入家庭的医疗服务需求进行了调查,在此基础上分析了不同收入家庭医疗服务需求的异同,针对不同家庭医疗服务需求满足存在的问题,提出了一些建议。

Comparative analysis of different income families＇medical service demands——A survey based on 2557 different income households in China

That illness can be treated is an important part of building a harmonious society.In recent years,China is attempt to reform the medical and health system,establishes and improves the urban and rural basic medical health system so as to meet people＇s medical service demands.The accurate understanding of the medical service needs of urban and rural residents,especially the differences of different income families,contributes to offer the target medical services.To this end,we conduct a survey on different income households＇ medical service demands.On this basis,we analyze the similarities and differences of medical service demands among different income groups and give some suggestions on solving the problems to meet the different income households＇ medical service demands.
