新时期闽台高等教育交流策略探析——以华侨大学为例

随着台海两岸关系的整体缓和,世界范围内高等教育国际化和区域化的及海峡西岸经济区建设的日益发展,闽台两地高等教育交流进入了一个高速发展的新时期,交流形式丰富多彩。同时,两地高等教育交流存在的包括技术、政策、政治在内的多个层面问题也更加凸显,要将两地高等教育交流进一步推向深入,必须进一步推动学校的主体地位,强调政府的主导作用,发挥社会各方面的合力。

Analysis on the Exchange Strategies of Fujian-Taiwan Higher Education in the New Era——Taking Huaqiao University as an Example

Along with overall easing of the relationship across Taiwan Straits,the internationalization and regionalization of higher education worldwide and the development of the economic zone on the western coast of Taiwan Straits,a new era for the exchange of Fujian-Taiwan higher education with high speed and diversified forms has been witnessed.At the same time,problems including technology,policy and politics are more prominent.The subject status of universities,the leading role of the government and social forces must be brought into play simultaneously to push forward the exchange of Fujian-Taiwan higher education.
