蔗糖和硼酸不同质量浓度对油松花粉生命力的影响

摘    要:以长春市栽培的油松为研究对象,以两种条件处理的花粉为试验材料,观测培养基中蔗糖和硼酸不同质量浓度对其生命力的影响,结果表明,在只含琼脂的培养基上,贮藏2a(-18益)和新鲜花粉的生命力分别为52.6%和89.2%;当蔗糖质量浓度为10%时,生命力分别为60.9%和94.3%,高于其它浓度;当硼酸质量浓度为0.01%时,生命力分别为78.9%和95.9%,高于其它浓度;在蔗糖质量浓度为10%+硼酸0.01%的组合培养基上,生命力最高,分别达到81.2%和98.6%,两者组合使用的效果优于单独使用。贮藏花粉和新鲜花粉对培养基不同成分、不同质量浓度的反应趋向是一致的,但新鲜花粉的生命力高于贮藏花粉,且对蔗糖、硼酸含量不敏感。

Abstract:Taking cultivated Pinus tabulaeformis Carr in Changchun as a case study and the pollen dealed in two conditions as test ma-terials, the effects of sucrose and boric acid with different concentrations in medium on pollen vitality are observed, the results show that on the medium containing agar only, the vitalities of storage 2a ( -18℃) and fresh pollen are respectively 52. 6% and 89. 2%;When sucrose concentration is 10%, the vitalities are respectively 60. 9% and 94. 3%, higher than other concentrations; When the concentration of boric acid is 0. 01%, the vitalities are respectively 78. 9% and 95. 9%, higher than other concentrations; On the combination medium of 10% of sucrose concentration and 0. 01% of boric acid concentration, the vitalities are the highest, respectively reach 81. 2% and 98. 6%, the effect of the combination of the two is better. The reaction trend of stored pollen and fresh pollen on the culture medium with different compositions and concentrations is the same, but the vitality of fresh pollen is higher than that of stored pollen, being sensitive to sucrose and boric acid content.
