基于ANSYS的激光切割温度场仿真

摘    要:激光切割过程复杂,影响因素较多,本文根据激光切割加工的特点,建立了激光切割的热力学模型,并基于ANSYS有限元软件进行了切割过程的温度场仿真分析,给出了激光切割参数对温度分布的影响规律,为实际切割之前选择最优切割参数提供了理论参考。

Abstract:Laser cutting, with a number of influencing factors, is a complicated process. According to the characteristics of laser cut-ting, this paper establishes a thermodynamics model of laser cutting, makes a simulation analysis on the temperature field of laser cut-ting process based on ANSYS finite element software and gives the influencing rules of laser cutting parameters on temperature distribu-tion, which provides theoretical references for choosing the best cutting parameters before practical cutting.
