电力变压器智能监测仪的设计与研究

摘    要:设计采用具有ISP功能的STC89C52RC单片机作为核心,利用了当前最流行的一些新器件构成最小系统。并且外扩模数转换芯片ADC0809,采用温度传感器AD590进行温度采集,通过电动机线圈下线时反串线圈的方式采集电动势的变化,从而测取电机气隙变化,并通过跳线的方式预留所有接口。整个板子的设计体现了结构简洁明了,功能新颖实用的优点。又有性价比高、简单易用的优点。整个设计系统包含了模拟量输入、开关量输入、人机交互、串口通信、供电模块电路、LCD液晶显示电路等模块。应用于电力变压器的智能检测是很好的选择。

Abstract:This design, taking STC89C52RC single-chip with ISP function as the core, constitutes the smallest system by using the most popular devices, converts chip ADC0809 by external extended modulus and acquisits temperature by adopting temperature sensor ADS90. It collects changes of electromotive force through the method of motor opposite connect sensing coils so as to measure the elec- trical air gap and reserves all interfaces by jumpers. The entire experiment board structure is clear and the function is practical, which has the advantages of high performance-price ratio and simple use. Also, the design contains the modules such as analog input, digital input, human-computer interaction, serial communication, power supply module circuit, LCD liquid crystal display circuit and so on. It is a good choice to apply to the intelligent monitoring of power transformer.
