In numerous intereonneetion technologies in WAN, PSTN intereonnection is a commonly used telephone network in everyday life. There are many access methods for PSI＇N, of which Huawei MA5616 is a common way. But in practical application, PSTN tends to have no dialing tone for 10 seconds after picking up or busy tone after the first 10 seconds. In this regard, this paper analyzes H248 protocol interface status of Huawei MA5616 and the possible causes of the problems, and gives the appropriate solution.
