| 摘 要： | 体育素质教育给高校教育改革带来了新途径，同时也促进了素质教育的迅速发展。体育素质中的美育教育应作为一种新的教学形式在体育教学与训练中贯彻始终。我们在体育教学中不仅要求大学生在校期间既要获得健壮的体魄和提高运动技术，而且要受到美学的教育。

| Abstract: | PE quality education provides a new way for college education reformation and accelerates quality education on the whole.Aesthetics education is a totally new form of educaion in the physical education and training.In the physical education not only do we need train their body but also let students enjoy and appreciate beauty in PE. |
