| Abstract: | Proceed from impetus of efficiency wages to labor productivity,the article has studied the function mechanism of the efficiency-relating wages and expounded the fact how to use it to encourage the staff and introduce talents.It also proposes that the state-owned enterprise of our country should use the theory of benefit wages scientifically and advance the salary revolution thus preventing the brain drain. |
