This article makes a chief analysis on the present situation and existing problems of the personnel training plan of the industrial and commercial management.To train personnel for the industrial and commercial management,we should lay stress on the liberal education and pay atrention to fostering the ability to innovate and intensify the quality education.The theoretical blueprint of changing the academic system into the credit system is also put forward.
