| 摘 要： | 动物食品安全和人类健康息息相关,而饲料品质又直接影响着动物食品的安全,近年来滥用饲料添加剂对肉品质量的危害越来越受到人们的重视。文中提出了减少饲料添加剂对食品安全影响的措施:从国家、社会和养殖户等多方入手,控制饲料生产和使用环节,提倡使用绿色饲料添加剂确保食品安全,保障人类健康。

| Abstract: | The safe of animal food and the health of people are connected with the quality of feed,but abusing feed additive is harm for the quality of meat,the article puts forward the means of reducing food additive.That demands controling the production and the use of feed.In addition,it advocates using green feed additive to ensure the safety of food and guarantee the heath of humankind. |
