摘    要:设计了一种新型的配料及调度自动控制系统,该系统基于高精度称重传感器,通过高速精密模/数转换卡与工业控制计算机完成数据采集;基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)通过串口通信技术与工业控制计算机完成逻辑控制功能;基于Windows XP操作平台,通过VB语言开发环境完成操作软件。最终软硬3者紧密结合实现了摩擦材料生产过程的自动投料的作业调度和控制。

Abstract:In this paper, a new batch and scheduling automatic control system is designed. Based upon high precision weighing sensor, the data acquisition is accomplished by use of high precision A/D converter and industrial control computer. Based upon PLC, the logic control is designed using serial communication and industrial control computer. The operating system is accomplished by using VB programmiag language based upon WindowsXP operating system. The scheduling and control of automatic feeding in the friction material production process is realized by the tightly combination of the hardware and software designed in this paper.
