| 摘 要： | 围绕生态省建设这一跨世纪重要战略目标，以吉林省为例，介绍了生态省建设的由来、含义及重要意义，并从政府职能角度出发，分析了在生态省建设过程中吉林省政府在观念更新、政策导向和促进产业化进程中所起到的作用。

| Abstract: | The original encircles with constructing the ecology province, which is the significant strategy target spun the century; Taking Jilin as an instance, it is introduced the ecology province to origin, implication and signification; Moreover, through the angle of the government function starting off, it is analyzed the government of Jilin is living the action that viewpoint renewal, policy direction and accelerating in the industrialization progress in constructing the ecology province. |
