| 摘 要： | 创建农业合作组织是发展农业的有效手段,不同国家的农业合作组织在形式、结构上具有很大差异。从组织变迁的角度、在内生交易费用理论的框架下解释了农业合作组织的边界问题,又从比较制度的视角分析了农业合作组织内部结构差异的原因,最后指出了发展农业合作组织的着力点。
