摘    要:我国纺织服装业国际竞争优势已经受到挑战,转型升级成为纺织服装业发展的必由之路。海外并购是转型升级的一条捷径,能促使企业快速实现自主品牌制造。本文选取了纺织服装业7家上市公司的12宗跨国并购案例进行分析,揭示了我国纺织服装业跨国并购的特征,并从品牌升级、渠道升级、技术升级和功能升级4个角度阐述了产业升级层次。

Abstract:International competitive advantage of Chinese textile and clothing industry has been cl3allengeo, transiormauon ding becomes the only way for the development of this industry, in which overseas mergers and acquisitions is a shortcut and it can pro mote enterprises to realize their own brand manufacture(OBM). This paper analyzes twelve cases of transnational mergers implemented by seven listed companies, elaborates the characteristics of crossborder mergers and acquisitions in Chinese textile and clothing indus try and discusses the industrial upgrading levels from four angles of brand upgrading, channel upgrading, technology upgrading and function upgrading.
