| 摘 要： | 基于山东半岛蓝色经济区7城市2001--2012年的面板数据，应用耦合方法，探讨了这一区域人力资本与经济增长的动态特征，并对二者间的协调发展关系进行了实证分析。结果表明，山东半岛蓝色经济区人力资本与经济增长的耦合度逐年递增，有协调发展趋势，但目前仍处于较低水平，且各市域间存在明显的耦合变动差异。

| Abstract: | Based on the panel data of seven cities in Shandong peninsula blue economic zone from 2001 to 2012, the dynamic characteristics and the coordinated development relations between human capital and e- conomic growth were analyzed by the coupling method. Results show that the coupling degree of human capital and economic growth is escalating, and there is a trend of coordinated development in this area. Differences in coupling changes among the cities are obvious. |
